The BLS Coin Collectors Club: Manifesto

So this isn't really a proper 'manifesto' as such, but The BLS Coin Collectors Club has always gone in for grandiose titles and so forth; why break with over thirty years of tradition?

In any case, this is where we set out the basic goals and rules of the Coin Club.

The BLS Coin Collectors Club (est. 5th September 1991) is a global online numismatics society, the goal of which is to bring together coin collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world to discuss the hobby and related topics, engage in trade with other enthusiasts and generally just enjoy numismatics in a space specifically designed and created for that purpose. We have few rules and our Club is not restrictive in any way. We welcome members of any and all demographics from anywhere in the world.

If you decide to join the Coin Club, we have a few simple rules. Our rules are very limited and not restrictive in any way.

1. We ask that all members treat all other members with respect. This means no harrassment or disrespect of any kind while in Coin Club space. Good-natured snarking and banter is fine though! There is no restriction on freedom of speech!

2. We ask that for now all members should have a basic grasp of English as that is the language our forum moderators speak. This may change if we are able to recruit some trusted moderators who speak other languages.

3. We ask that any trade between members be conducted with honesty. Please do not scam or otherwise defraud any other members.
